  • Event & Webinar Management: Own the end-to-end process for trade shows, international conferences, and webinars, from conceptualization to post-event follow-up.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality assets including videos, sales presentations, landing pages, and newsletters that articulate our value proposition.
  • Performance Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to guide future marketing investments.
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all global touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product and external partners to ensure marketing activities align with commercial objectives.
Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a B2B technical environment.

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (B2B experience is highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms and digital marketing toolkits.
  • Creative Skills: Experience with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
  • Mindset: An analytical, data-driven approach combined with the “self-starter” attitude required to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
What we Offer

  • Impact: A global role within the high-growth renewable energy and maritime technology sectors.
  • Culture: A dynamic, supportive, and international team environment that rewards initiative and creativity.
  • Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Rewards: A competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits.
