Explore Marlinks Dashboard for Real-Time Cable Insights.

marlinks dashboard

The Marlinks dashboard provides an oversight of all the applicable services, such as Depth of Burial (DTS), RTTR (DTS), CPS Health monitoring (DAS), Impact Detection (DAS), Fault Detection (DAS) and Termination Temperature Monitoring (TTM)With the Marlinks dashboard, you gain access to detailed visualizations of critical parameters along the cable, such as burial depth, conductor temperature, and strain levels. An interactive map of the wind farm layout further enhances this, allowing users to spatially track parameters, compare them over time, and project future conditions.

Custom O&M Strategies for Every Wind Farm

Each wind farm is unique, with its own operational and maintenance (O&M) strategy. Marlinks understands that flexibility is key. Some SCADA engineers may not require continuous oversight of cable health and instead rely on system-generated alerts to prompt action. These alerts, triggered when specific parameters exceed predefined thresholds, are displayed on the dashboard and can be seamlessly integrated into the operator’s existing SCADA system if used.

You can view multiple wind farms in a single interface with advanced interoperability features. This integration not only consolidates data from various wind parks but also provides comprehensive insights from diverse monitoring devices, all in one convenient overview.

Precision Monitoring at Cable Terminations (TTM)

Termination Temperature Monitoring (TTM) differs slightly from DTS and DAS services, as it measures potential heat generation at the cable termination points. On the dashboard, TTM data is displayed per location – whether at the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) or Offshore High Voltage Substation (OHVS) – and shows temperature readings per turbine and per phase. Alerts can also be set up within TTM to notify the operator of any anomalies or excessive temperatures.

Tailored Solutions for Every Client

While the Marlinks dashboard offers a robust, standardized setup, we understand that each client has specific needs. Through discussions with our clients, we fine-tune the dashboard to meet their exact requirements. For those who may not require a dashboard, we offer alternatives such as recurring reports or alerts directly integrated into an existing SCADA system.

Security and Reliability

Marlinks prioritizes data security and system reliability. Robust security measures protect sensitive data, ensuring that monitoring systems are secure against cyber threats. The dashboard is built to remain reliable under challenging offshore conditions, providing consistent and accurate monitoring even in harsh environments.

Future Developments

Marlinks is committed to continuous innovation. Future updates to the dashboard will include enhanced analytics, predictive maintenance features, and expanded integration capabilities, ensuring that clients always have access to the latest advancements in subsea cable monitoring technology.
